Lunch was the Roasted Veggie Sandwich at Mom's Place...
Dinner was Martha Stewart's Black Bean and Brown Rice Cakes and Elise's Fry Sauce. Sweet Potato Fries on the side.
Dessert was Lemon Chia Fudge. This was one of the most unique things I've ever eaten in my life -- chocolatey and fruity all at once -- I am completely confounded by this dessert.
Lots of Frontera Shiraz...

Hi Shen! Thank you for making my Lemon Chia Fudge and posting a picture along with my link. It looks yummy. The fudge is unique~which is what I was wanting when I created it. You are so funny, I am trying to figure out what you mean by confounded:) I hope that is a good thing....The roasted vegetable sandwhich looks amazing and very healthy.
i just re-tried sweet potatoes (i had some weird aversion to them) and i can't wait to make some sweet potato fries!
and the lemon chia fudges look delicious!

I didn't know Martha Stewart made bean burgers - that's awesome.
