Mexican, Indian, American and Chilean Day

Lunch was Tostadas made with Boca Crumbles and Taco Seasoning...
Dinner was Jalfrezi Sauce (with Morningstar Chick'n Strips, Chickpeas, Mushrooms and Onions) on Millet.
WF's Blueberry Pie with TJ's Vanilla Soy Creamy...
Lots of Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot...

lol millet, i remember buying that for my birds all the time, who knew at that time that that would be something that i liked to eat also?lol. mine always feels a little chalky though, yours?

my bday celebrating is starting mon, today i spent all day cleaning since my parents are coming over. thank you for asking:)
