If Brown Is Your Favorite Color, View This Post

After waiting and waiting for Wegman's to put the Veggies out on the hot bar, by 11:20 I decided to give up because I was getting agitated. Loading up on Szechuan String Beans, Kung Pao Tofu and a Spring Roll worked out well anyway.
Since her Fry Sauce was so successful, tonight I made Elise's Baby Bella Stroganoff. I followed the recipe exactly (specifically the teaspoon of Ground Mustard) although I did add a package of TJ's Beefless Beef Strips and lots of fresh ground Pepper. Great easy recipe!
Dessert was the last piece of the Blessed Mama Chocolate Chip Pecan Bars.
Lots of Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot...

That looks amazingly delicious! I don't even think as an omni I ever tried stroganoff to miss it as a vegan, but that sounds tasty.

I was drawn to your blog by the name. I went backpacking in two of the Shenandoah parks, and it rivaled any other trip I've made!
