Enjoying My Veganism

Breakfast was a big juicy Grapefruit...
Lunch was a Whole Food's Salad (Toasted Soy Beans on top)...
Just in time for my delicious dinner -- my regular camera went kaput. Not to fear, here via a Nikon Coolpix is Morgan's Glazed Tempeh and Fries all drizzled with Elise's Fry Sauce. This sauce was just what I've been searching for my whole life! Thanks Morgan and Elise!
Dianne recently awarded me The Most Versatile Blogger Award, but this award has turned into a bit of a nightmare as I've since been unable to think up anything interesting or unusual to post about myself. I've subsequently come to realize what a huge bore I am. I'm going to pretend this award didn't happen and just move on with my life and my Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot...

I surely doubt that, but of course you don't have to post about it if you don't want to. By the way, I made those pecan bars a week ago and they already disappeared as ice cream toppings!

Shen, I wouldn't think you were boring for a moment.

Food looks great! I love the look of the tempeh with that sauce over it.

Yeah, fry sauce! I'm a big fan of mayo on fries and bbq sauce, too. Unfortunately I rarely have fries at home and don't have vegenaise at restaurants. I should bring in my own sometime...

If your camera really did die, I bet it was at the sight of your delicious dinner.

Hello, Ladies!!!!

Dianne, thanks anyway! Also, thanks for pointing to the Cauliflower and Lentils recipe. I hope to make it this week.

Rose, I never thought I was boring either, till this award popped up.

Morgan, Fry Sauce and your Tempeh rule!

Marja, Michelle & Jessica, thanks for your kind words!
