All Kinds Of Stuff

Two of my burnt month-old Blueberry Muffins were brought for breakfast because I knew they had to be better than the Blueberry Donut Holes I brought yesterday. They were.
Lunch enjoyed at Panache. The pink crisps with my Hummus were like a flaky pastry crust. Light and fun.
Vegans often say that we eat a more varied diet than carnivores. Carnies (Small hands. Smell like cabbage.) never believe it. My "Panache Salad" is a perfect example of something I never would've eaten in a million years had both it and I not been vegan -- Endives, Green Apples, Dates and Cucumbers tossed with a Lemon Vinaigrette.
Back to same the old for dinner -- Tofu Scramble with Tofurky Italian Sausage and Potatoes.
The rest of the TJ's Cherry Chocolate Chip Soy Creamy for dessert...
A bottle of Charles Shaw Shiraz was imbibed as well.

Interesting salad...looks good, but I have to say...I've never had endives. That's one thing I'm not jumping through hoops to try...maybe someday though.

Hello, Ladies!!!!

Michelle1 -- the 'Smells like cabbage. Small hands" is a line from the 1st Austin Powers when Austin says there are only two things he's afraid of and one of the two is 'Carnies', i.e., carnival people.

Morgan, the Salad totally reminded me of you and your Mom.

Michelle2, you can put Endives at the bottom of your list, that's okay.
