Thursday, March 5th

Wisely left my Grapefruit out about an hour to get a little room temp before consuming...
My other Avocado for lunch...
More WF's Breaded Tofu with Roasted Brussels Sprouts for dinner...
Vegan Treats Coconut Almond Cake for dessert...
All different grub tomorrow. Supposedly. Bye for now.

I love this whole day! I'm going to snap up a few more citrus before the season ends shortly. I keep hoping my Whole Foods will carry Breaded Tofu. Maybe I will become industrious this weekend, and make some myself!

I miss your canines! Weekend project, if you please!

That does look like a juicy grapefruit! Taking it out of the fridge early is a good idea there.
Avocado toast lunching is too good to change it up if you don't have to. The brussels around here have looked rather pathetic lately but i really want some, roasted just like yours ! Looks like vegan treats came through for you this week.
Hope you dodged the snowy mess that we had today. I couldn't bring myself to order in from green symphony with the frozen mess outside so we tried the new place around the corner where i paid too much for a fabulous charred broccoli and fried almond butter sandwich with watercress.

So how much avocado do you put on yr toast? 1/2 avo between the two slices? Or a whole one?
That new WF Gowanus has way better stuff than the Union Square one I always go to, but still none of that breaded tofu, which continues to look amazing. What are you gonna eat it with when winter is over and Brussels are no more?

Major noms. Avocado toast and coconut almond cake, yes please! Brussels sprouts, yes please. Why can't I find this tofu?! I feel like my Whole Foods is depriving me of many delightful things.

Did you get hammered with snow yesterday? We got another foot. I'm so over winter right now!

Hey Now!!!!

Ingrid, I was hoping to get pics of the Pups in the snow today, but Mr. SV cleared the driveway and we were worried they might run down it and up the street. I know I am in need of critter pics.

Unknown, woah! Charred Broccoli and Almond Butter with Watercress?! that would go great with your Pickle Juice Bloody Mary. What will people think of next. Glad you enjoyed it.

FF, go on with your Gowanus! What cool prepared foods do they have besides the Rice Pudding? I put half an Avocado on the two slices. Now i have forgotten what vegetable I eat during spring and summer.

Sarah, I wish you could find the Tofu and the Cocomels. I thought Long Island had everything under the sun.Yes, we got about 8" of snow here, but it will all melt this weekend. Supposed to be up to 60 degrees by Thursday.
