Huh. I don't eat much curry take out (usually its crazy spicy!) but always thought it was a much more saucey dish, not something you could eat off a plate...
Lots of good looking veggies in there.
Baked potatoes! They're so simple and yet really comforting. Do you like chili on baked potatoes? That's a thing isn't it..?
I predict wonderful brunching and lots of slush.

The crazy sandwich combo was so good! Why doesn't everyone have interesting veg menu items??

Yum! We do have tons of Thai places here but the one near my brother is pretty much the best. There is one closer to me that is pretty good too… I should see if they deliver. These two places are the only ones that actually know what spicy means, ha! Cold cereal is so good. Sometimes after a long, busy day at work I just want a bowl of cereal with banana for dinner and it is glorious.

Hey Now!!!!!

Unknown, I strain all the Tofu and Veggies out of the Thai Sauce. Sometimes Mr. SV mixes the leftover Sauce with the Rice. I have done Chili on Potatoes. Good stuff. One would expect some imaginative Veg dishes in NYC. The Portobello Mushroom and/or Hummas is so tiresome.

Sarah, one of the best meals of my life was, in my teen years, my mother approved my having a bowl of Golden Grahams for dinner. So i totally hear ya. Maybe you should investigate other Thai places. You never know.
