Thursday, March 19th

A toasted NYC Pumpernickel Bagel with Scallion Cream Cheese for breakfast...
Heard about this Machachino Suja from FF and paid the $4.99 to experience what is basically adult Chocolate Milk. Excellent highlight of the day...
the rest of my WF's Ravioli for dinner, but used Wegmans Pasta Sauce instead of WF's Organic. So much better than WF's Organic...
Another half of a Native Foods Brownie for dessert....
Pretty great food day if nothing else. Bye for now.

Yeahh a real, live pumpernickel! I wanted a bagel SO BAD the other day but I held off... you are killin me though. This is so ironic.
The machachino was good, yeah! I almost always make my own coffee but as an afternoon, a sweet cold coffee drink can be an amazing treat.

Nothing quite like a good pumpernickle bagel. Not warm enough for me to be interested in iced coffee but looks like a nice banana free beverage! Kinda funny yet sad that wegman's has better pasta sauce. Native foods will have you assuming chili should come with a brownie from here on out.....

The ethiopian place has been on my todo for a while but i'm thinking its best to eat there not order delivery and somehow with friends we would rather go somewhere with wine :))

Yes!!! An excellent food day indeed. I hope our pumpernickel bagels lived up to the hype and expectations ;) Really great looking meals the rest of the day too. When Suja drinks go back on sale I'll get some more. Glad the Wegman's sauce worked out better and that brownie is killing me. I definitely wouldn't be able to make anything that fudgey and amazing!

Ugh; I just bought a couple of those Califa coffee drinks and was not a fan. Grown up chocolate milk is exactly what I need!

Whaaa?! They definitely do not have that ravioli at my Whole Foods in Vienna. Which one do you go to? I saw the package in your other post, so I know what to look for. I also like the looks of your "adult chocolate milk"....looks like a good food day for you :)

Hey Now!!!!

FF, I am sure Jesus is very proud of your sacrifice. Your Pistachio Lemon Filled Donut must have helped fill the void a little bit?

Unknown, I was gonna say, just get some Miser Wot to go, but i forgot you dont do spicy. I am not a fan of Ethiopian Honey Wine, so you are better off following your friends to where the best wine lists are. Should be warm enough for you tomorrow to even Citibike.

Sarah, these NYC Bagels have certainly opened my eyes to what Bagels are supposed to be. I am starting to think our local Bagels arent even boiled. Just baked.

Abby, even better 'grown up chocolate milk' is Kalhua and Plant Milk!

Marja, I have found the Vegan Ravioli at both the Fair Lakes and Falls Church Whole Foods. Vienna is a nice store, but 123! Fuggedabout! Again, the Ravioli is not always there, so you have to just check the fresh pasta aisle every time you go and hope it appears.
