Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats for breakfast...
Another solid rec from Unknown for lunch. My only complaint was that the portion size was too 'sensible'. I needed at least twice as much of this incredible deliciousness. Everyone stock up now cuz this is too great to last long...

It's warm here, too! A reprieve after our collective winter suffering. ;) I'm drooling after your dessert! Bring on springtime meals!
Glad you enjoyed the tikka :) most frozen meals are better ontop of a bowl of spinach or something, i always want more veggies involved to make it more filling...
I'm with ingrid, dessert sounds so good! It reached a tropical 50 or so here today which is helping melt the nasty snow piles finally.
Yeah so far i've had a nasty infection, The Plague, and now a cold in 2015. Makes me mad!! I suspect a week of sleeping on a tropical beach in between colored beverages would cure me. In the meantime I'm sticking to the greenest green juice ever.

Oooh yes! Lots of great stuff. Having a good recommendation pay off is the best. I made a bunch of oatmeal at the beginning of last week and had it for breakfast for several days and it actually worked out really well! Yours looks yummy. It was really nice here too, ice cream was a perfect way to welcome the spring!
Hey Now!!!!!
Ingrid, the Nutty Rice Dream Bars rule! So much better than the Mint or just Vanilla.
Unknown, i didnt just like the Tikka. I LOVED it! So fantastic. Only, like I said, wish there was more of it. Guess for $3.49/box i can eat two. Save your tropical vacation for when you are well. Lucky for you, that Ebola epidemic seems to have died down.
Sarah, you made a bunch of Oatmeal and reheated it throughout the week? That is a really novel idea. And really econmical. Do you do Steel Cut or Rolled?
