Another gorgeous juicy Grapefruit for breakfast...I was just lamenting in my other Grapefruit post how the season is ending...not that the Grapefruit hasnt been up to par this year...far from it...
A gen-u-wine NYC Everything Bagel for lunch...toasted to crispy goodness. It's the water that makes NYC Bagels so superior...Wow it was good...

How did you get a NYC bagel! Did mr. SV catch his cold motorcycling up here and back for you, and that's why you had to share? Thanks for eating one, I was afraid without my patronage, NYC would stop making them all together.
Glad your citrus is still fabulous! I've been munching some "mineola" oranges lately that have been great.
Good lookin' bagel there!! :) The smell of toasting bagel is one of my favorite food smells ever.
What did you ever order before loving hut had jalapeno 'fu? Do you add hot sauce like siracha to everything..?
I had green symphony's lentil soup and flu buster juice, then their great kale salad with added seasoned tofu as dinner with a mug of miso. That was a great food day..!

Yaaaaaaaaaaas!! New York bagel for the win!! How did you get it? It looks great. The grapefruit is beautiful. Such a pretty color. It's weird that I love everything about grapefruit (scent, color, etc.) except for the taste. Dinner looks great.

FF, now you of all people know that colds arent caught by going out in the cold. He apparently caught it in the gym. I shared cuz I am terrified of catching the cold and will have to look to him to share food with me, Unknown shipped the Bagels to me along with her new Zine 'Sugary Semi-Colon'. She knows how to market her work.
Unknown, i still prefer PF Changs MaPo Tofu to the Loving Hut Jalapeno Tofu, but Mr. SV goes to Loving Hut every weekend, so it is more convenient to stock up there. So they have 'Mug' size Soup now? Must be inbetween Cup and Bowl, which is a good amount. All that Green Symphony nutrition should have set you right just in time for brunch out tomorrow.
VP, it was very spring like today that is for sure. Hard to believe. I hope the season brings you happy new beginnings.
Sarah, Unknown very graciously sent me an assortment of NYC Bagels jiust to ruin me for all other Bagels forever. So you dont like the taste of Grapefrut? You have so many quirks I dont know how you keep track of them.
