WTF Thursday

A heated up slice of The Randy Radish Quiche for breakfast. Only one piece left before it completely disintegrates. Tastes even better than it did three weeks ago though.
CSA Salad with Goddess Dressing for lunch...
A return to faux meat and potatoes tonight, Gardein Sloppy Joes on TJ's WW Hamburger Buns with Oven Fries for dinner...
and that's it. No dessert. Taking a vacation day tomorrow, so we'll see if that makes the post anymore interesting.

Woo hoo! Vacation day! I hope you and the mister are able to go somewhere interesting and enjoyable. Even better, a three day weekend - I'm sure the cats could feed the fowl (Donovan will be in charge), and Poley is in charge inside the house. It'll be fine.

Oooh yay for a vacation day! Can't wait to see what kind of adventures you have! Your CSA salads look so incredibly fresh and delicious. Love seeing them. Hooray for oven fries! Although I'm surprised you could stand to have the oven on! This humidity is disgusting.

Have a great day tomorrow!

Beautiful looking salad! I had no idea Gardein made sloppy joes. Mike would probably love it.

Have a great vacation day tomorrow!

Will you post your vacation day whilst running through sprinklers? That would be interesting.

Gorgeous salad there!
I am impressed with the sloppy sandwiches, i assume that is a fork and knife kind of sandwich.....
Yesterday i meant to try dipping the radishes in your beany dip, and if that doesnt work or isnt yummy then you can use the dip to make veggie burgers/loaf...
Enjoy the vaca day! Random days off are the best kind

Nice salad! A friend gave me some of his CSA haul today so I made a salad that looks a lot like yrs. I think the salad dressing really makes a difference.
Good luck tomorrow. Is mr. SV gonna be home as well?

Hey Now!!!!!

Ingrid, if only everyone could feed themselves and I could get away for a few days.

VaVa, I'm surprised to have put the oven on too. Lack of imagination was the culprit.

RV's, those boxed Fantastic Foods Sloppy Joe Mixes are good as well.

Hannah, ahhhh, to have a tiny fraction of your enthusiasm.

Unknown, thanks for getting back to me on what to do with the Radishes. I had them in the fridge and then took them out today cuz the greens totally wilted. I will try them with the Dip and also hope to make a sandwich I saw on MarthaStewart.Com

FF, hope you post your friends CSA haul so I can compare it to mine. Mr. SV was home, but he was working all day.
