A Soy Hazelnut Frappuccino from Starbucks for breakfast...
A Black Bean and Avocado Sandwich on Ciabatta with Route 11 Chips at Christina's Cafe for lunch...
More Escarole and Lentil Soup for dinner....
PPK Banana Bread (with 1/2 cup of TJ's Chocolate Chips added to the recipe) for dessert. This was so enticing, I actually ate two big pieces. Not like me at all, but it's that good.
WFH grub tomorrow. Yay!

Sometimes acting out of character is the best thing to do. Dessert always.
Yes, yes, yes and yes!! Oh man this is an amazing food day! Those hazelnut frappuccinos are so good (a little too sweet for me but still yummy!) and the black bean and avocado sandwich sounds AMAZING. Your soup is such a great way to end the day and I don't blame you one bit for eating two pieces of that loaf. Oh man that chocolate looks so gooey, yum!
I love, love banana bread and chocolate chips also make it better. I would have had a hard time stopping at two large slices.
You also have the other no-fail classic combo (like chocolate and banana) of avocado and black beans. I'll take either.
Apparently I need to get on the wagon with the chocolate chip banana bread; between you and Molly, I am now craving it! Ha!
Probably by the time you read this comment, I will have combed through all of my photos in order to begin the vacation recap(s).
That banana bread looks like it turned out perfect! It must have if you ate two pieces. :)
Lunch sounds so great. I love ciabatta. Awesome breakfast, too. I've yet to get one but need to get on that soon, especially now that it's finally warm out.
Hey Now!!!!
Hannah, I agree. Sometimes one must throw caution to the wind and double up on dessert.
VaVa, no one is more surprised than I am that it turned out to be a good food day. Totally accidental.
FF, I've never had the irresistible Banana Bread issue before. It is good stuff.
Ingrid, you are correct, your recap is up and I intend to peruse it after responding to my myriad comments.
RVs, if you don't want to patronize a huge corporation like Starbucks, I totally understand.
