WTF Monday

A heated up slice of The Randy Radish Quiche for breakfast...
Eggless Egg Salad on a toasted Ezekiel English Muffin for lunch...
More Escarole and Lentil Soup for dinner. There is a lot of this soup...
PPK Banana Bread for dessert. This is so good, it's almost like VaVa baked it instead of me.
Back to the cube tomorrow. Will I bring Banana Bread for breakfast? Stay tuned to find out.

Awww lol you never give yourself any credit! Everything you cook and bake always looks great to me! Would it be wrong for me to live vicariously through you and suggest making banana bread french toast? ;) (planting the seeds haha).

I love seeing that quiche and that soup. Looks so good. WHile I'm not a huge fan of eggless salad yours always looks really good.

I think you should bring banana bread for breakfast. Or, go with Sarah's suggestion. YUM!

Regarding Starbucks- I have frequented there now, especially on our last trip. Their mochas are awesome! While I won't be a regular there, I would like to try a few more drinks.

Nah, not french toast. Banana bread peanut butter sandwich. I've done it with caramel mudcake before. Cake sandwich!

BRING THE BANANA BREAD. That's all I've got.

Yup, banana bread french toast - but maybe on a day when you work from home so you can linger over it.

Between the soups and the banana bread, I'd say your homecookin' is pretty awesome.

What a great day again! Good lookin' eggless eats here- and the olives are a great side with any dish. Don't stress out over eating all the lentil soup- i am sure it freezes well if you get tired of it..... That banana bread would not last 24hours for me- and since it is bread and banana it's practically the same thing as toast with banana which is obviously a normal thing for breakfast that many people smear with nut butter

Hey Now!!!

VaVa, how the heck would one even make vegan Banana Bread French Toast? I don't know how that could be done?

RVs, no pics of SBUX on your travel recap that I recall. Their Ice Soy Chai Tea is another great option.

Hannah, woah! PB on the Banana Bread?! Now that is an interesting idea!

FF, ha! The Banana Bread is being saved for special. Even Mr. SV can't have any.

Ingrid, homecookin' has worked out well this past week, but it's been pretty bleh in the past.

Unknown, freeze soup?! That is one thing I have never done. In a freezer bag? I foretell disaster.
