Friday, June 14th

The other half of a Cinnamon Roll from The Randy Radish for breakfast. I'm not a Cinnamon Roll fan, but these things are soft and sugary goodness...
Below is the big shiny Salamander that was hanging out under my Mother's garage door when I arrived. He appeared to have a full belly, so I took it as a good omen for lunch and I was correct.
Lunch was at La Sandia. Starting with a Margarita De La Casa...
moving on to the Guacamole made table side...
then I split an order of Vegetable Fajitas with my Mother, hence the dairy products splattered across the platter.
Eggless Egg Salad with CSA Spring Mix on a Toasted Rudi's English Muffin for dinner...
Open food agenda for tomorrow.

Love the salamander! I was obsessed with them for a while when I was a kid. So adorable.

Everyone seems to be posting margaritas lately, which has me craving one.

Awww the salamander is so cute! Haha I like that it was a good omen for you. And a good omen indeed, that lunch looks amazing! Can't go wrong with a margarita and guac :) Yum!

Love the little salamander belly. What a cutie.
Did you tour the rest of the mall after La Sandia?
Weekends you go hard. I think the open agenda will serve you well.

Hey Now!!!!

Hannah, so far you've outlived your husband by over 40 years. That's amazing.

RVs, summer is the time for fruity cocktails, so I've only got a few months left.

VaVa, Chipotle serves Margaritas, but I've never tried one there.

GFHTummy, yeah, I liked the stripes too. Cool looking critter.

FF, we take a short stroll around the mall after lunch. Would've taken too long to tour the entire thing though.
