Monday, May 21st

Breakfast was another third of the massive Cherry Danish from Vegan Treats via Loving Hut.
Sauteed Spinach Noodles $7.95 Soy Protein, Tofu Skin, Shiitake Mushrooms, Organic Carrots, Bean Sprouts, Broccoli, Snow Peas, Napa and Celery with a Spring Roll from Lotus Vegetarian for lunch.
Morningstar Vegan Grillers and TJ's Tots for dinner.
A Peanut Butter Cupcake with Melty Ganache from VCTOTW for dessert. The recipe made twelve and there are still three left.
'Chicky' wants to let everyone know the cast sucks (especially when it gets wet) but thanks so much for the well wishes. I'll get more pics tomorrow when I'm working from home.

Yum, that Danish looks so good. I love how your treats last for so long :) Bummer that Kobe Grill was still closed but it looks like you got a great lunch anyway! Gotta love the tots and those cupcakes look so tasty! Yummy food day!

That danish looks delicious, and I don't even like danish in general. All the eats are making my mouth water. I've been craving pad thai all day, but now I'm craving lots of other stuff too.

The spinach noodles sound great. It's like eating an extra vegetable without even thinking about it.

Even though Kobe Grill was closed, it looks like Lotus Vegetarian made your lunch just right! Yum!

How do you prepare your veggie burgers? I tend to use the oven, but wish I had a proper grill.

Get well soon, Chicky!

PS: Poor chicky! Give him a little chicky kiss from me...and I liked your pun about "stalking" up on asparagus over at Blessed Mama's place. Nice one! :D

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, no cleanses going on here.

Rose, wow, you are hungry aren't you?

FF, you sure do like eating vegetables.

Ingrid, Lotus Vegetarian did well yesterday. I always bake my Veggie Burgers in the oven. Hate when they stick to the foil.

Rose, Chicky already hates me picking him up to change his bedding. Kissing him might put him over the top at this point.
