Ingrid correctly predicted today's breakfast: My Mother's next door neighbor returned from wintering in Florida with some supposedly fresh Grapefruit. (Way to go, Ingrid! Use your powers for good, not evil.)
A pound and a half of carbs off WF's Global Cuisine Hot Bar for lunch -- Miser Wat, Harry's Samosa, Fried Rice and Cabbage with Potatoes. All surprisingly mediocre.
Boca Chikn Patties with Steamed Broccoli for dinner. All delicious.
No dessert because I finished up a container of TJ's CC Almonds after my heavy mediocre lunch. Coming up tomorrow: Definitely a steamed Artichoke.

That's too bad lunch wasn't up to par, but it sounds like you made up for it a bit with the almonds. Those can always turn things around, I'm sure!
Woo hoo! Time for me to start picking lottery numbers.
I understand the mediocre hot bar from WF. I'm taking a break!
I picked up a few cocoa dusted almonds the other day. Dangerous, they are. I need a dispenser, gerbil style.
Haha right on Ingrid! I like the return of the grapefruit :)
Bummer that lunch was mediocre! The samosa sounded and looked so promising. At least you made up for it with some yummy CC Almonds. That should make just about anything better.
Mmmh, I am about to post an artichoke too :-)
Ciao

Hey Now!!!!
Molly, I must resist replenishing my supply of desk drawer candy.
Ingrid, do I get to partake of your lottery winnings? Now I want a Gerbil!
VaVa, mediocre food sucks!
Alessandra, your Artichoke post was very beautiful. No clue how you got them to look like that.
