An Apple and one of those "Energy Bites" that are really just glorified little Brownies.
Salad from WF's, cuz there was nothing else worth getting there today.Field Roast Hazelnut Cranberry Roast En Croute and Zucchini Pancakes for dinner.
WF's Pumpkin Pie for dessert. Still great after all these weeks.
Coming up: More carryout from Everlasting Life Cafe.

Ok, I've seen these zucchini pancakes far too often to not have asked this: how do you make them?
I'm guessing that the feline family has moved to the barn by now? Remy desperately wants to play with the neighbor kitties. They, however, remain aloof.
ayyyooo. What are these energy bites? Did you make um' or buy um'?
Yer! I'm with Ingrid. Let us in on the zucchini pancakes!
I would also like to know about the origins of the energy bites. They look like the kind of thing I would plan (and fail) to make a whole bunch of to have on-hand for breakfast.
Did that one apple and one little energy bite hold you over until lunch? I would need a mid morning snack.
Those zucchini pancakes sound great. I also want to know how to make them. :o)
Hey Now!!!!
Ingrid, if all goes as planned the Bathroom Kitties will be fixed tomorrow, recuperate in the bathroom for a few more days and then head to the barn, where Mom has become more visible and relaxed the past couple days.
Moox, check out today's post for the answers.
Isotope, I'm sure you could make these Zucchini Pancakes a thousand times better. This last batch was made with WW Pastry Flower. Not the best but Sour Supreme saves everything.
Stacy, I think you know me well enuf by now to know I'm not an 'Energy Bite' making person. I barely have enuf energy to type this blog.
Michelle2, apparently a lot of people are snackers, but I'm not one of them. The Apple is more than enuf breakfast for me. The Energy Bite is just me being bad.
This is like the third time my comment disappeared from your blog :( I basically agreed with everyone else though.
