Lunch was Ma Po Tofu and a Spring Roll from PF Changs.
I wasn't hungry for dinner tonight, but I wanted a picture for the blog, so I made an Yves Bologna Sandwich. It was phenomenal! Thanks, Readers! If not for you, I would have skipped dinner and never have enjoyed this sandwich.
A couple more CranCrazy Cookies for dessert. Where is a teething baby when you need one?
Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

That sandwich does look especially awesome...and with pickles, yum!
Hi Shen,
I have missed a lot of your posts being busy with the holidays. I did look over all previous comments and pictures and really enjoyed them. Good job on the CranCrazy cookies and making them vegan. I am still very interested in this Field Roast. I wish I would have purchased one for Christmas..Next time around:)
You're welcome! Did you have some sandwich with those tomato slices?? Wowee! And, I know that not so deep in your heart that that kind of dinner is really your favorite, not those fancier ones that you sometimes whip up for our benefit. So, I'm glad you enjoyed some old school chow for yourself.
I love the fake deli meat sammies. And with those big fat tomato slices...mmm.
I love PF Changes! I didn't know that the spring rolls were egg-free! Good to know for next time!
LOL...teething baby...that's a good one!
Are those dill pickles? I love crispy dill pickles!

Wait, you made and ate the sandwich just for us? That's a beautiful red tomato for this late in winter. I'd want it on a sandwich, too.
Hello, Ladies!!!
The Tomatoes are just those vine-ripened ones. The pickles are Bubbie's brand from WFs.
Blessed Mama, you are so wise.
Jessica, yes, out of the goodness of my heart, I ate that sandwich.
"teething baby" - funny. and funny that you ate just for the sake of your blog. good stuff.
