Toscana Grill Revisited

Lunch was at Toscana Grill where they serve great bread with fruity Olive Oil and weighty Balsamic Vinegar....
To start, we shared a big bowl of Mushroom Rice Soup..
Mr. SV, who's not even vegan, ordered the colorful dish -- The Vegan Sampler -- Seitan Piccata, Meatball and Marsala, with Brown Rice & Steamed Asparagus.
Whereas I ordered the mono-chromatic Vegan Linguini Alfredo with Chicken...the massive portion provided plenty of leftovers that I later enjoyed for dinner.
Dessert was Lemon Chia Fudge. Such a classic recipe, the kind you know you'll be making for the rest of your life.

Plus a bottle of Lost Vineyards Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon...

Awesome reastaurant! Monochromatic or not, this all looks good.

Plastic cups are college life, to me.

Hello, Ladies!!!

Jessica, I've re-read your post several times, still don't see any plastic cups...

Michelle, Mr. SV ordered that for me so I could taste all the Seitan. Sometimes he's pretty cool, but there's no way he'd let me have a pig.
