Today's Food

Lunch was Sabra Roasted Pine Nut Hummus with Olives on a New York Everything Bagel...
Dinner was Field Roast Meat Loaf, Swiss Chard and a Baked Potato.
I had a Granola-Bar-making-disaster today, so dessert was Almond Dream Cappuccino Swirl with failed Granola Bar crumbles on top....
A bottle of Lost Vineyards Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon...

Wow, if the granola fail is still edible, that's not a fail! (I usually burn mine trying to get it extra-crisp.)

I agree with Jessica; the granola/ice cream mix sounds super yummy.

I love the look of all those olives, and dinner looks like a veritable feast!

Thanks for the encouragement about the granola bars. (I was just trying to recreate a KIND bar to bring for breakfast). I'll try to show what happened tomorrow.
