Lunch was at The Wine Kitchen...Many marinated Olives were enjoyed with my glass of Remonte Tempranillo. Our server recommended this wine and it was outstanding. If I ever run across a bottle of it, I will most certainly purchase it.
My salad was more like dessert...Baby Arugula with Golden Raisins, Diced Apple, Pecans tossed with a Cider Vinaigrette..Dinner was the rest of Susan's Split Pea Soup...
Dianne made the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cupcakes from VCTOTW a little while ago, so today I made them too. If you're into moist Pumpkin Cake with Chocolate Chips and Cinnamon Frosting, these cuppers are for you...
A bottle of Lost Vineyards Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon was also enjoyed...

Amazing delicious looking food today!
Olives! Those look great. So does the dessert salad. Awesome to have a great glass of wine at lunch.
Oooh olives! That salad looks amazing too...and I've never made split pea soup myself! Yummy cupcakes, I miss them, but this week I have pumpkin scones to keep me happy!
