Easiest Indian Stew

I saw this stew referenced on Slashfood and
thought it would be a great way to use up
leftover rice from the Chinese restaurant.

I didn't realize till it was too late that the recipe
said the stew was supposed to go ON TOP of the
rice.
I decided to go ahead and just stir the old rice
into the stew anyway, since the dinner was now
a total loss.
Lo & behold! I came back downstairs an hour
or so later and found the dry old rice had absorbed
the tomato sauce. It was delicious! Thank you,

Sounds great. I have a constant uncurable craving for Indian food. I cannot get enough. I need to go to a buffet and stuff myself with Indian food until I'm miserable. That might work.
