Bryanna's Fluffy Chocolate Cupcakes

A strange brew of coffee, tofu, cider vinegar,
brown sugar, whole wheat pasty flour, vanilla,
cocoa powder...

The dry and wet ingrediants before mixing...
After mixing...
After baking...
After icing with the Hershey's recipe from the
cocoa container using Earth Balance & Soy Milk.
The cake was indeed very fluffy and fresh tasting.
Hard to believe it was fat-free. The icing made up
for that part.
