Sunday, February 1st

Five more days till I can eat this again. I just realized it is time to start getting several orders to go...
Nacho Fixins (forgot the Lettuce and had to go back for it after checking out. Duh!)...
This years combo worked out really well without the faux cheese, but I am left with a lot of Guac. Any suggestions for what to do with it are welcome...
A tiny fraction of this Randy Radish Brownie for dessert. Talk about intensely Chocolate. Time for the Radish women to open their gourmet restaurant...
Lots of great vegan grub stockpiled for the week. Bye for now.

How come you only eat nachos once a year? It's not like they're all that unhealthy. Just to keep it a special occasion? You should do a raw version next year.
The brownie does look super intense. I went grocery shopping today and again held off buying sweets, but now I regret it.

But if you get TFK to go then will weekends still be special??
Nice plate of nachos there, glad you remembered the lettuce- somehow its really important! That gorgous brownie does look intense....
Leftover guac? Hhmm. Well obviously on toast. Thin with a little lemon juice (or water) and use as pasta sauce or salad dressing. Use as dip for roasted or raw veggies, add to a bowl of soup or chili.

Funny i never mentioned green symphony, i'm there a few times a week for....years! They do tossed salads to order and have awesome selections like bbq tofu. The owner is korean (and vegan himself :) so they also make a badass bibimbap. Love that its family owned and non corporate.

Put that guac on everything! How about toast with nooch to start? Why aren't you making your own guac, btw?

Hey Now!!!!!

FF, yes, Nachos are a special occasion food, IMO. However, if you say to eat them more than once a year, i will now do so.

Unknown, five days apart from the TFK Wraps is just too long to be without. Thanks for the recs on what to do with the Guac. You have absolutely never mentioned Geeen Symphony. No wonder you dont mind going into work everyday. It all makes sense now.

Abby, making Guac or Hummus seems like a job best left to experts. God only knows what a disgusting mess I would make.

Oooh those nachos look amazing!! Definitely put the guac on EVERYTHING. You definitely can't go wrong with guac. Heck, put it on the wraps from TFK! Did you carry some out? It seemed like you were hinting toward that.

OMG that brownie! I want! It looks like perfection.

I put Daiya on my quesadillas when I make them which is pretty rarely. I don't put a ton on because a ton of Daiya is kind of yucky but it's ok in small amounts!
