The last of my Banana Pancakes (waaah!) for breakfast...
Wegman's Chickenless Nuggets with Heinz-57 for lunch....
PF Changs' MaPo Tofu for diinner...
Found this GoMacro Bar when I was looking for dessert. Really tasty...
Going out in public tomorrow. Bye for now.

You'll just have to make more pancakes! When you make a big batch do you freeze them?
Those chickenless fingers do seem to come in handy. I'm A fan of the macrobars-beware the granola flavored one is a weird texture. The one you got is great, and the cashew butter is my favorite-even better with the tiniest sprinkle of kosher salt. Just because we're vegan it doesn't mean we're anti- flavor!
I'm sure you will find delicious brunching and future meals while out and about this weekend.
Good coffee is my weakness, love it like you can't imagine...the turkish place also had traditional minty tea, i'll have to try it at some point

Yum those pancakes. I agree, you'll just have to make more ;) I really want to make a bunch of waffles and freeze them. Mmm. Those chicken less nuggets look the most like regular nuggets out of all of the faux ones I've seen. How do they compare to Gardein?

Unknown, it takes almost 20 minutes to make a batch of a Pancakes, that takes more patience then I usually have. They last well in the fridge. I believe I bought that maceobar based on your rec and just forgot about it. it was really good. I love good coffee too -- if I was in NYC, New Orleans, Europe, it would be tougher to abstain.

Sarah, these Wegmans Nuggets are made by Gardein. There is apparentlly a difference between Nuggets and Tenders. Nuggets are like battered and Tenders are breaded, Learn something new everyday.
