Saturday, January 31st

Delicious breakfast as usual...
After breakfast, I was in the rare position of being able to hit the Randy Radish storefront before their Saturday closing time of 1:00 pm. Stocked up on lots of goodies for the week, but couldn't put off trying the Sausage and Pepper Calzone. Fresh Crust, Light and Flavorful Tomato Sauce, just the right amount of Filling, more importantly, not overly Salty or Oily. Should have stocked up on more of these...
Back to TFK again tomorrow, then making my annual Nachos happen. Bye for now.

That wrap always looks so damned good!! Exciting you got to go see Randy, i love that they have a legit store and have been successful. That calzone looks wonderful-i can't think of the last time i had one....
Too bad I don't give a flying fudgecake about any sports. Nachos sound good.

I know! Green symphony is literally the only place worth eating at near my office (i've worked in the same area for many uears). Tried a ton of their smoothies and juices, seriously all fabulous. Great baked energy bar thingys too. They also sell a bunch of vegan snacks and energy bars and such

1:00?!?! That is crazy! I'm glad you were able to make it! Do they have any different kinds of calzones? It looks so good (minus the peppers of course). Glad you enjoyed your breakfast, definitely one of many reasons to look forward to the weekend!

Nachos sound so good. I think I see a quesadilla in my future for tonight. But no football. I'll be watching Prospectors on the Weather Channel instead ;) And I'll be wishing I could live my life in the mountains pulling crystals out of the earth.

Hey Now!!!!

FF, when someone posts every single day, there are going to be days that are disappointing, like life. some folks cant save up for extravaganza-style posts like other people.

Unknown, Randy is doing well, it was good to see. I am not a sports fan either, but the Super Bowl is my yearly Nachos indulgence. Why havent you mentioned Green Symohony before? i would make it my goal to try every vegan item on the menu.

Sarah, there was a Meatball Calzone, but they were out. Hopefully, next time. What cheese do you use in your Quesadillas? So what is preventing you from going to the mountains to dig crystals?
