Oooh a great food day! The grapefruit really is beautiful. Hooray for the avocado toast/not toast. Was it toasted? I just picked up some avocado from Whole Foods, I can't wait until they are ripe :) The ravioli looks great too!I see another TFK wrap in your future. I wonder what will come off of the dessert trolley next!
This Mr SV sounds like a keeper ;) That is a gorgeous avocado! Looks like a delicious lunching. The ravioli and sauce is a good wintery standby meal, hopefully WF will have your favorite kind next time you're there. we got lunch today from green symphony, you would love the place, a great vegan carrot ginger soup and bun and the almond greens smoothie (blueberries instead of banana)- powered me thru a crazy busy afternoon :)Ttrockwood
I'm usually hit or miss with avocado selection, but perhaps the best crop is in stores now, as I agree - good ones are in abundance!Hooray for leaving the property! Will there be adventures or TFK?
Very pretty grapefruit and a lovely avo. How much of it do you put on yr toast at a time? The mushroom ravioli sounds pretty good too. Do you ever buy pierogis? I like mushroom pierogis, they're similar but different topping I guess.
Hey Now!!!!!Sarah, the bread wasnt too toasty by the time I finished mashing the Avocado on it. Gotta work on that issue. I still have some of your goodies in the dessert trolley. they're too nice to eat.Unknown, the Green Symphony Menu is massive! I would have gone for the Tofu and Avocado Sandwich with Strawberry Cheesecake for dessert. No way I could pick one Smoothie. Too many! why did you show me that???!!!!Ingrid, I did some good stocking up for the week after my usual breakfast at TFK. FYI, your parents are gonna feel right at home with the weather this week -- bitterly cold!FF, I havent had Pierogis since going vegan. Dont recall seeing any on your site. Show me the Pierogies so I will get interested again.
