Wednesday, January 28th

This was a day of tried but true...
typical TJ's Chickenless Chicken Sandwich with Just Mayo...
Ye Olde WF's Breaded Tofu and Sesame Kale for dinner...
the last portion of my Native Food's PB Whoopie Pie for dessert...a little stale, but still good...
I did not stock up well for the week. Maybe a little more interesting tomorrow. Bye for now,

I like the tried and true. Guaranteed deliciousness! Oatmeal with raisins is the best. Add some banana and cinnamon and count me in! The sandwich looks great although you know I'll always vote for a pickle on the side ;) Did you make the sesame kale? It looks good!

I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what you come up with for tomorrow!

Is there brown sugar hiding in the oatmeal somewhere? The tried and true sammich and breaded fu look as good as they always do. Sesame kale sounds great! Sesame oil and seeds?
I'm Dumbfounded as to how there was still whoopie pie left... You get like eight servings from one??

Nyc was totally unprepared when we got our ass kicked by hurricane sandy a while back, i think it left government types extra skittish. Whatevs, i'm glad we dodged the worst of it. Now its slushfest here...

Hey Now!!!!!

Sarah, well, maybe i will try your Cinnamon on Oatmeal idea next time, dont want to get addicted or anything;-) Whole Foods made thr Kale. You will not like today's lunch. Avert your eyes!

Unknown, ha! if anything is hiding in my Oatmeal, I will be extremely freaked out. Whole Foods did a good job with the Kale. I was surprised. Just three ingredients, but it worked. Seriously, I will try to post my next Whoopie Pie next to something that will show the actual scale. It is massive. Wonder if NYC will become like DC -- we shut down over two inches of snow. Hope the slush doesnt slosh up and into your boots. I hate that.
