A big juicy Grapefruit for breakfast...
WF's General Tso's Seitan for lunch...
Boca Chickn Patties with Field Roast Original Creamy and a Dawson's Market Mac & Cheese Muffin for dinner....
Cocomels for dessert...
Wish I had some cool snow pics, but we only got two inches. Bye for now.

I had a big juicy grapefruit Shen style today too. It definitely makes it easier for me to eat them at work, or wherever, so thank you for opening my eyes to that.
The seitan looks really good but I would get bored just eating seitan and no vegetables.
Quite a fresh looking mac muffin, I thought it was a biscuit.

I was just asking myself why I haven't picked up any grapefruits, and with this image of your breakfast - it's officially on the grocery list.

The Mac & Cheese Muffin looks like a scoop of mashed potatoes.

And if I didn't say it before - you are correct, Cocomels are a Colorado company. I need to put them on the grocery list as well.

Gorgeous grapefruit! Not sure i could eat a plate of just seitan either but maybe if it was extra delicious... Never seen that at our WF. I also want. Mac n cheese muffin at some point. The cocomels are so cute!

I got a snow day today :)) spent most of it sleeping and napping and making stew. The bronchitis (or Plague) is slowly retreating but still leaves me more exhausted than i should be.

Hey Now!!!!!

FF, it is a mystery to me why people dont eat Grapefruits like Oranges. Must be some conspiracy by the Grapefruit Spoon Industry. I didnt have a chouce on the Vegetable contents of the Seitan. It was what they shoveled out for me,

Ingrid, if you can get your hands on the Chocolate Covered Cocomels -- do it. they have been sold out the last couple times i went to get more. Your warm front aint coming here. What happened to it?

Unknown, cant wait to hear about what your new WFs will be making. They might even have this Seitan product which is kind of sweet tasting. Congrats on your snow day! I think I read that NYC lost $200 million by shutting down everything in anticipation. Glad you werent left out of the shutdown.

VP, it was a good food day, but not as good as Sunday was.

Your citrus has been so great this year! I think I am far enough removed from that stomach virus (lets be honest, it has been years) to give grapefruit another try. The General Tso's looks so good! I think my Whole Foods actually has that on the hot bar so I may have to give it a shot! Love the return of the mac n cheese muffin and I seriously must find cocomels! Chocolate covered ones are even better!
