Tuesday, January 13th

Breakfast was a 'Good Glowing' Smoothie from Dawson's Market. There was Almond Milk, Chia Seeds, Banana (sorry Unknown), Orange?, and other stuff...
Lunch and Dinner were off the Dawson's Market Hot Bar...
in addition to their own fare, they offer local restaurants food which is a cool idea. So I got to try food from Spice Xing, a highly regarded Indian restaurant I ordinarily would never get the opportunity to experience...
Went with Roasted Potatoes instead of Basmati Rice...
One of Sarah's Oatmeal Cranberry Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert...
Back to staying inside all day tomorrow. Bye for now.

Oh, I like that idea of offering food from restaurants a lot! It's cool to see the usually secret ingredient list too. Pomegranate powder and black lava salt, huh?
The smoothie looks awesome. Were there greens in there? Or something else to make it that color.

What is the artwork on your cup?

The smoothie sounds super delicious; we're supposed to warm up by the weekend so maybe I'll be able to have more than Vega Vanilla and water in a smoothie...

Spice Xing looks super tasty! And I know Sarah's cookies are sooooo yummy! A good day, I'd say!

That smoothie sounds (almost) great! Dawson's did right by you today- how great to get a made to order smoothie in the grocery store.
And the special hot bar items sound great! That's such a good idea and fun way to try new dishes without having to commit to an entire entree or even going to the restaurant.

The nyc WFs have candle cafe's seitan chimmichuri at the deli but its stupid expensive and really actually nothing like the version at candle cafe!
Anyways, looks like venturing out was a delicious decision.

Fyi homegoods, tj maxx and marshall's are all owned by the same umbrella corporation- i go about twice a year but i think that's the only way i can tolerate the hide and seek shopping situation there...

Hey Now!!!!

FF, there were Greens in the Smoothie but i was too befuddled by the Smoothie Bar offerings to know what I got.

Jenny, some of the writing is an 'A' for Almond Milk and 'GG' for Get Glowing, the name of the Smoothie. the rest of the writing is jibberish.

Ingrid, dont know how you can tolerate that Vega stuff. The Stevia taste is really off-putting to me.

Unknown, of all the things to offer from Candle Cafe, Seitan Chimmichuri is the last thing I would want. It is a treasure hunt at TJ Maxx. It has been my experience that none of the great vegan shoes are ever in my size (7), I mainly put a lot of stuff in my cart and eventually put it all back.

Sarah, another Vega drinker?! I just dont get it. You're so sensitive to so many things.
