Monday, January 12th

Two Blood Oranges for breakfast. Surprisingly easy to peel. Tasted like regular Oranges...
A slice of WF's Vegan Pizza for lunch...
Wegmans's had Gardein Stuffed Cutlets on closeout this week for $4.92/bag, so these will be on here for a few weeks. Enjoyed with Imagine Mushroom Gravy and Roasted Cauliflower...
Another new candy tonight: Tru Joy Choco Chews. Just like Tootsie Rolls. Highly recommend...
Have to leave the property tomorrow, so that may entail something out of the ordinary at lunch time. Bye for now.

I didn't show take a photo of it, but Friday night I ate one the stuffed cutlets (I did have one for Thanksgiving, but due to the sad event...did not post my picture of it). I thought it was really good - and I didn't have the gravy, per your recommendation!

I've never had a blood orange, other than in an adult beverage. ;)

I always thought blood oranges were slightly sweeter and less acidic... As always your citrus pith peeling skills are impressive.
That's a great looking slice of pizza! Love the artichoke on there. I always get too excited when i find something i love in the clearance section so i totally understand your gardein purchase. I was at homegoods- of all places- in CA and found those coconut chia warrior bars on great sale for a box as well as some Artisana pecan butter for like $5! (And a shower curtain with colorful owls that i suspect was from the kids section and i love)

Haha I'm the same as Ingrid, only had blood Orange in an adult beverage once! I should really try it on its own, it looks so delicious! The pizza looks like perfection... I love all of the veggies they piled on there!

Dessert looks fantastic, I learn about fun sweet treats here! I have to check those out!

Hey Now!!!!

Ingrid, well, now I feel bad you ate your Cutlet without Gravy. Maybe Gardein Gravy is better than no Gravy at all. I dont know!

Unknown, my palate isnt refined enough to tell one type of Orange from another. So long as it isnt dry, I am happy. I have been to Homegoods once, but wasnt impressed, Your finds sound like experiences I've had at TJ Maxx.

Sarah, I wonder why Blood Oranges are in adult beverages? Must be the word 'blood' that makes them more exciting.
