Your winter citrus is lovely :) sandwiches and olives are a reliable combo, nice looking bread there.
Do you freeze the breaded tofu? Or does it keep ok in the fridge for a while..?
A whole day without soup?? Unimaginable right now.

Everyone forgets manhattan is an island... So the buildings do create wind tunnels, especially north to south, but there's icy air coming off the rivers east and west too. Not fun lately! Hope you and the furry family are snuggly and warm

Do we even have a summer citrus? I thought all citrus peaked in the winter months? Perhaps I'm not as cultured or aware as I thought. ;)

I've investigated: there is no breaded tofu, only "chili tofu" wedges at Whole Foods near me. I need me some Peanut Butter Whoopie Pie! Yum!

P.S. I know that Frankie has a heating pad similar to what you mentioned for the kitties! Remy's getting a haircut today, maybe he'll need one as Monday and Tuesday are supposed to be freezing...

I bought a million red grapefruits on sale the other day. Had one for breakfast and later found out that, along with a few other medications, GRAPEFRUIT interacts weirdly with the medication I took, so that was a bit of a scare. But it was juicy and delicious and I look forward to eating the rest soon. maybe I will try yr peel method next, it looks like fun.
Do you defrost or cook those chicken pieces? Or just eat them out of the bag?

That grapefruit looks amazing! I need to dive into some more citrus, yum! I'm still looking for that breaded tofu with zero success at my Whole foods.

Hope you are keeping warm!

Hey Now!!!!!

Unknown, I do indeed forget Manhattan is an island. It is just an entity unto itself. The Breaded Tofu was less than a week old. still viable. I need to find some good Soup. Not in the mood to make my own. LPQ had Sweet Potato today, but that didnt appeal.

Ingrid, if you visit Virginia Grandma, you will find tons of Breaded Tofu and PB Whoopie Pies. But you should really just visit to show her you care. how can you get Remy a haircut in January?! he needs his winter coat doesnt he?

FF, I have to question any meds that would consider Grapefruit a deterrent to effectiveness. Will you just get well already?

Sarah, all WFs across the nation need to find a way to spread the prepared foods around so we can all experience them.
