The caramels look fantastic, but so does that salad. Edamame and cranberry, hm? my friend made edamame hummus the other day, it was not super thick but very good. They're fun to eat.

I don't have enough patience for steel cut oatmeal....although standing over a hot pot for a while does sound appealing!
That TJs salad is pretty good. The spinach one they have is good too but would have been a slimy mess if kept too long.
The mac n cheese muffin is back! Those always sound great. Will you try something new at TFK?? Or is it just tofu wrap tunnel vision?
Enjoy your long weekend!

I still think you should try the Super Spinach Salad from TJ's! I know the sugar in the dried cranberries can be questionable, but everything else in the salad is absolutely fantastic. I'll look for the kale and edamame one!

Yum, Cocomels..

Hey Now!!!!!

FF, Edamame are fun to eat. They would not be nearly as fun if they were just called 'young soybeans'. Makes me feel smart that I can even pronounce 'Edamame'.

Unknown, this is the eight minute Steel Cut Oatmeal. Just cover the simmering Oats for eight minutes. I had time to unload the dishwasher and clean up the kitchen, You and Ingrid have me convinced, I will try the Spinach one next time I get to TJ's. Totally Tofu Wrap Tunnel vision. I am gonna try to get extra pleasure this weekend, thanks!

Ingrid, I will try the Super Spinach Salad! I dont care about the sugar in the Dried Cranberries, I have an unopened bag of their Cranberries for my Oats. isnt Cocomel headquarters near you?
