Wednesday, December 17th

In an attempt to get closer to a Pumpernickel Everything Bagel, I tried a Wegman's Whole Wheat Flax Seed Bagel. Fail...
A Field Roast Frank with TJ's Chili and Native Food's Lemon Dill Potato Salad...
WF's Breaded Tofu with Roasted Cauliflower for dinner...
More TJ's Speculoos Cookies for dessert...
More of the same tomorrow. In boring but tasty mode. Bye for now.

Speculoos Cookies are plain in appearance, but so tasty! I like how lunch was a little hint of summer, here on the eve of winter.

The bagel looks good even if its wasn't quite pumpernickle, too bad it was a looser. Potato salad sounds so good right now! What flavor of field roast sausages do you usually get? The italian one? I try to introduce more vegan options to my omni family when i'm home and want to be sure i get the "good" flavor :)
Boring and tasty beats exciting and blah any day.

Frozen tupperware roulette gave me freezer burned hard chickpeas and bitter kale stew.... Aka i ordered in thai tofu coconut curry.

It's definitely not a pumpernickel everything bagel but it still looks great! Too bad it was disappointing. How can a bagel be bad?!

I finally picked up the speculoos cookies at TJs and they are so good! Thanks to you and Ingrid for the recommendation!

Hey Now!!!!!

Ingrid, the Native Foods Potato Salad is good, but I probably will be sticking with the Fries for future. Also want to try the Super Slaw.

Unknown, I usually buy Tofurky Kielbasa for my 'sauage needs', but the best Field Roast Sausage to me is their Breakfast Sausage. Love! Love! Love it! You can make Tofu Scramble with Home Fries and Field Roast Sausage to imoress the rents. Cant imagine having Thai delivered to my door. We gotta go at least 20 miles to get Thai food, but when we do, it is the Coconut Curry with Tofu for me.

VP, well, boring is bad for my blog but not my belly.

Sarah, spoken (typed?) like someone from New Yawk who never had a bad Bagel. Trust me. They happen. Arent those Speculoos Cookies so good? All thanks go to Ingrid.
