I feel like so many times I look at your meals and I think to myself how good it looks... then I read the next line and it turned out to be gross...happened again today with your lunch! What a shame! I'm with Caralyn though, that donut definitely looks like it made up for it!! It looks amazing and sprinkles always make me happy... it reminds me of glitter :) I'm such a nerd.
I don't understand places that manage to screw up soup...! Weird that it had too much lemon- or more like weird it had lemon juice in the first place... The cornbread topping there sounds great, nice that they sell a casserole like that ready to go. The donut is so cute! Do you just eat it room temp or heat it up? I saw someone dunking their donut in coffee the other day but i've never been a fan of that technique myself.
Not sure i would go so far as to buy already broken ornaments...! I think broken ones are just a sure sign the spiked cider is good :) Rockafeller tree goes up here tomorrow night-one year i actually went to my friend's office that had a good view and they did an afterwork tree lighting party of sorts. Getting back home was a nightmare though. And her office moved. Ttrockwood
Sarah, whodathunkit? the Soup was lousy. i ate it all anyway cuz that was how I was raised. I try to keep it real here with all the beige carbs etc.
Unknown, it is rare for a restaurant to make something worse than I could make, but the Soup was heinous! I dont understand Donut dunking either, although my Father used to dip his Pecan Sandies in his morning Coffee. I think it made them softer on his teeth. In my defense, about 90% of my Christmas ornaments were bought on the morning after Christmas. You are getting my interest piqued for the spiked Cider.. it is sort of sad how they cut down these humongous live trees for Rockefeller Center and the National Mall, but I do love the season.
