This morning's Sweet Earth product was much better than last night's...
I could definitely see myself buying this Breakfast Burrito again (next time I am at Target), just bearing in mind that it needs 50 minutes in the oven before it is ready...
The last of the Woodland's Vegan Bistro Mac & Cheese for lunch. Stayed fresh for over two weeks...
Mapo Tofu carried out from PF Changs for dinner...
Three more TJ's Speculoos Cookies for dessert...
All different grub tomorrow. Bye for now.

Wow, that Mac n cheese has some serious staying power! The burrito looks good but that is so long to wait for it! Definitely not the breakfast to go for if you are starving ;) I would probably be entirely too lazy to attempt to make speculoos cookies (biscuits?) But I definitely will buy them. They sound so good.
Big sur is right by my parents in CA! How funny that was the name of your burrito.... (It was a hippie community at one point, now its reclusive artists, expensive fabulous hotels and a few aging hippies and veg friendly cafes)
Sounds like a great combo but an hour is a long time to wait for breakfast!
Two week old mac and cheese is not fresh. Glad you lived to tell (so far ;)
Its electric green broccoli! Now that looks fresh.
Living in a small apt with a small kitchen means there just never is more than a few days worth of food here- and i am compulsive about perishables so not much there either. A few frozen stew tupperwares to eat and some meatless balls.... My new nabe has a place called "island salad" a few blocks over.. jamaican food with a few veg options, and will prob swap in tofu for the omni proteins for me.
You're smart! Programmers are in demand everywhere now!

Hey Now!!!!
Sarah, well, I will give you a pass on the baking, since I still have some Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies and Peppermint Bark on the trolley. However, you havent blogged in a good while...
Unknown, I remember: Big Sur is where you were worried about the mosquitos getting you last summer. I know of it also for the big trees. That must be a tiny kitchen you have. That is probably a more natural way to live. I need to cut back big tiime, but I try not to leave the property Mon thru Friday, so it's hard to plan ahead.
