Sunday, December 21st

Breakfast at True Food Kitchen went more smoothly this morning. Yes, I still risked saying 'no cheese' on the Beans, but they understood that it didn't have anything to do with the Wrap...
A 'Sesame Kale Macro' Bowl $9.95 carried out from Native Foods yesterday. Tempeh, Kale, Rice, Sauerkraut, Onions with Ginger Sesame Sauce....
after heating in the oven....
Another item on sale this week at Whole Foods for dessert...
More Native Foods and Whole Foods items throughout the coming week. Bye for now.

Yah! Glad brunch had an intelligent life form as your server today. Not sure i could stay away from that breakfast burrito either.
And what a great dinner! I love those bowls of greens and stuff- even better with tempeh involved. Did you find some vegan fresh gingerbread at whole foods?? I'm thinking i need some to go with my glogg this year...

I head to CA early tues morning, gotta work monday. spent the weekend packing up my apartment and throwing away crap and stressing out how my new place is filthy and they didn't fix what they should have...

I haven't had those truffles in so long. They used to be my favorite treat. I don't remember even seeing them anymore. Maybe because the box is different it threw me off.

That macro bowl sounds fantastic. I'd love to recreate that. Did you enjoy it? I wonder if it's meant to be eaten warm or cold?
Hooray for an actually vegan breakfast.

Hey Now!!!!

Unknown, i didnt know WFs had vegan Gingerbread. Wish you had told me sooner. The new place has over a week to get it together. Hope the lousy weather we're having doesnt delay your flight.

Jenny, the Truffles would probably just melt down there.

FF, this Macro Bowl is right up your alley. I did enjoy it, but what made it really interesting was the sauerkraut. I assumed it was supposed to be served hot.

Sarah, I verified who our server was going to be before being seated. It was such a relief not to have any issues.
