WTF Wednesday

Bob's Red Mill Quick Cooking Oats with Raisins for breakfast...
Mr. SVegetarian was out and about and said he was picking up lunch from Loving Hut. I went crazy and ordered the 'Crispy Burger with Fries' $7.95. This was quite the messy extravaganza to ingest. Had to really wash up and even change my shirt afterwards....
Roots Market 'Jambalaya Soup' for dinner...
Unlike lunch, dinner was not so good...
A So Delicious Almond Mocha Fudge Bar for dessert. Highly recommend...
Gotta go sit in my cube all day tomorrow. On the plus side, cube food will be depicted, so that should spice up the blog a little. Bye for now.

I'm still in all of my Loving Hut glory so naturally I have tunnel vision for that amazing lunch. Sometimes you just need a good messy sandwich to make life better. Isn't that what you used to get there? It looks so good.

And I lied, my tunnel vision strayed for that yummy ice cream bar. I'm shivering under my covers but still craving ice cream now!

Nice special delivery lunch! Messy is generally and indicator of deliciousness, the burger has an interesting super seedy bun there-its structural integrity looks questionable next to the saucy patty though.
Too bad about the blah soup, hope you just got one serving of it! The ice cream bar looks sooooo good but just the picture gives me the shivers right now.

I found a vegan bahn mi sandwich today! The sweet older owner was telling me how he is veg now himself so i got his favorite (of the 4 diff vegan choices!!) lemongrass tofu with the pickled daikon/carrot, cilantro and cucumber. I'm totally going back.

Ha ha! Even had to change your shirt; now that sounds like quite an experience!

I feel like summer is on its way with that fudge bar. Mmmm. . .

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, your Loving Hut meal looked so healthy. Guess you cant take food back on the plane (that would be something I'd do). Yes, I used to get this Sandwich a lot. it is not a light meal.

Unknown, the Sandwich had been riding in the car about an hour by the time it got to me, so it was a bit soggy. I was gonna go for the Banh Mi from Loving Hut, but broke bad at the last minute. Probably would've survived the ride better. What's with all the shivering up there? It's not that cold!

Ingrid, eating the Crispy Burger is best done in private, or only with someone you're really comfortable with. The Fudge Bars were only cuz I had a coupon, so don't get your hopes up about summer just yet.
