It started as a typical day with Sarah Kramers Banana Pancakes, TJ's Maple Syrup and Yves Breakfast Patties for breakfast...
Then I had this unusual craving for Celery, and not because of the latest episode of Portlandia. I ended up eating almost an entire head of Celery for lunch. Really different type of meal, but very enjoyable and energizing...
Mixed Vegetables and Tofu' (#22) $8.95 from Loving Hut for dinner...
The other half of my LPQ Matcha Muffin for dessert...
Since I only had a practically non-existent lunch, I had to make up for it with some PB on bread...
I predict some Eggless Egg Salad tomorrow.

Even I couldn't get away with eating celery for lunch! Though I can understand its energizing properties.. I like celery a lot when it's part of a green juice or something. Did you go for a run with the pups through the snow after that?
I don't usually watch Portlandia but I'll have to check out that episode.
Throw some PB on that celery, and I'd call it a meal. ;) I have an overripe banana in my kitchen right now, so I really should make those pancakes.
Did you at least sprinkle some salt on the celery...?? It is actually very refreshing, i use it in salads with fennel when winter veggies are so sad looking.
The loving hut mix looks delicious as always, and even more green food with the matcha muffin!
St patty's really isn't my "thing"- especially not when because the universe hates me i had to walk through the parade route today.... I did eat a bunch of green veggies so good enough. Saturday mornings?? Randy doesn't sleep on the weekends?

I ate almost a whole head of celery this weekend, too! I haven't eaten so much celery at one time since...never.
I went to Toronto's Loving Hut last night! And ate much pb on toast! Ergo we were the same person yesterday.
I'm not sure I've ever craved celery quite that much...
Hey Now!!!!
FF, nobody is more shocked than I am that I had Celery for lunch. It gave me the energy to try and take pics of the Pups in the snow, but there was no cooperation, as usual.
Ingrid, I have never had PB on Celery (that I recall). The Pancakes are super easy to make (which is why I make them). I've never put Pecans in them.
Unknown, no Salt on the Celery! Who am I?! Not only that, The St Patty's Day Parade sounds fun to me -- all the drunk obnoxious people in green. What heck is going on in my head?! Saturday mornings is the Leesburg Farmers Market during the winter, so that explains it.
Blessed Mama, we might be the unwitting victims of some sort of Celery Conspiracy!
Hannah, ARE YOU GOING TO POST ABOUT YOUR MEAL AT TORONTO'S LOVING HUT SO WE ALL CAN SEE????? YES, I'M YELLING!!!
Abby, this was a unique craving for me. It would be good if it continues, but I'm doubtful that will be the case.
Oooh great looking meals. Your breakfast is definitely one of my favorites. I'm not a huge fan of celery but I'm with Ingrid, throw a ton of pb on there and I can power through it ;) Your Loving Hut meal is making me excited to go this weekend! Yay! Love the look of that matcha muffin.
