More 'you know' from PF Changs for lunch...
Vending machine got the best of me again....
'Mushroom Alfredo' from Roots Market for dinner...
Yes, I consumed almost a pound of Pasta...
Lunch with Mom tomorrow. The plan is for a Build-Your-Own-Salad type place. We shall see. Bye for now.

Oooh great food day today! I've been craving citrus like crazy lately. Going to fix that soon :) I'm always jealous of your PF Changs meals. I have one so close to me but I still have never been there. The pasta sounds delicious and looks really great too. How did you like it? I'm interested to see what salad you come up with ;)

The alfredo sounds delicious. Interesting how it doesn't really look cheesy. Nor do I see any peas in there, but I guess looks can be deceiving.
Good choice on breakfast.

Thanks for putting me out of misery by spoiling your lunch location. ;)

I still haven't had my PF Changs make up meal with my flakey friend. Perhaps I will go for take out. . .

Cubed food!!
I tried the honey pistachio version of those nuggets and thankfully only bought a few- they were hard as rocks! Back to the cocoa goji berry for me. Impressive greenery for PF there, looks like it was fresh broccoli. Peanuts are a totally normal snack, who cares where they came from....
Roots has been coming through for you lately- and totally not a pound of pasta, the sauce and veggies are part of the weight and no one weighs cooked pasta so there's that.
I freaking LOVE the choose your own stuff they make it salad places!! Around here the good places can get pricey but somehow they are way better than salads i make.

Ps
Until it hits 70degrees i will continue to bitch about the cold.... ;)

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, didn't bring any Honey Bells back from Florida, huh? You would love PF Changs Coconut Curry Vegetables. Just get carryout. The worst that can happen is you're out $9. The Alfredo was okay, it was no Mac & Cheese.

FF, there were two very tiny Peas in the Alfredo.

Ingrid, not only did I know you would never guess the lunch destination, I didn't even know if it would actually pan out. PF Changs is not expensive and I want to hear your opinion. You can go again if your friend reschedules.

Unknown, even my years-old Energy Bites never were hard as rocks. You might have just stumbled upon a bad batch. PF Changs did well with the Broccoli, however, the Tofu was unusually salty. Thanks for the reasoning on the Pasta. I wasn't as stuffed from it as one would think, so you're probably right. It was a mob scene today at Chop't. I still prefer less human interaction in getting my meals. Oh dern! I thought your ps would be a Mason sighting.

Hannah, so kind of you to take a break from your blogging hiatus to comment. Now go rest your tired fingers.
