Fresh Cleo Cups, eh? Picked right off the tree, I guess.
Still want to try the Sofritas.
I haven't had the LPQ bread in a long time - maybe once back in college when I was vegetarian and took liberal use of their table Nutella.

Looks like you had a great food day!! I'm still really curious about the sofritas... still wishing the cilantro wasn't so present in everything they make. Your dinner looks amazing and is definitely something I would want to be stuffing in my face right about now. Can't go wrong with a chocolate and peanut butter night cap.

My wimpy mouth is on fire just reading about your spicy day! I love the "idea" of the sofritos but they were just too spicy.... Nice guac portion they gave you.
And my god i can see one of those toxic little chilis on the dinner tofu. Looks like a good medly of fu and veggies there.
And fresh cleos beat stale everything.
The rain killed my motivation today and i ended up with delivery vegan papaya salad with tofu and a mango cilantro side dish thingy....

It sounds like Beyond Meat might be using too much flavor enhancer. A lot of people don't feel well after eating products with yeast extract, which Beyond Meat uses, because of it's MSG like effect.

As you know, I've had Chipotle recently (but not Sofritas, just the usual veggie bowl), thus I am drawn to the Faang dish!! Tofu and cashews, so good. Where does one find Cleo Cups? <-- How have I not asked that before?!

That looks like an outstanding food day. I had the same cereal for breakfast today but with soy milk.

Have I missed your weigh-in on the sofritas? Do Cleos always trump Justin's cups in your home?

Hey Now!!!!

FF, Vegetarians at LPQ are so lucky! They get to eat all the beautiful cakes, pastries and quiche. How cool that you were able to enjoy that experience. I lived on Pizza, Cheese Subs and Diet Soda in college. No wonder I was completely depressed.

Sarah, you make me very grateful that I don't have issues with Cilantro.

Unknown, and here I thought I was a wimp when it came to spiciness. Aren't those little Szechuan Chilis scary? I don't even like putting them in the trash for fear the dogs might still somehow reach them. I've seen Papaya Salad on Thai menus. Think they would know how to make it properly in this area?

David, I can't believe the genius inventors of Beyond Meat would put anything in it that would cause headaches, but I guess it must be so.

Ingrid, for some reason Cleo Cups are readily found here at Wegmans (an east coast grocer). Gimme your snail mail addy if you want some. I'm generous in that way.

Blessed Mama, you had Berry Fruitful for breakfast?! I am shocked! I assumed you always had farm fresh fruit with shredded coconut.

Abby, I couldn't weigh in as eloquently as you did on the Sofritas. I just know I find them an improvement to my Burrito Bowl and wish to partake as much as possible before they're dropped from the menu (as most really good vegan items are). We're team Cleo in this house. Are you as well?
