I can definitely see why these meals are some of your favs recently! Oats are always great as are sandwiches but I'm really digging that dinner! The chop looks great and from what I can recall you seemed to enjoy it the first time around. It is accompanied by some great sides too. Can't go wrong with brussels sprouts and taters. And capping on the day with cheesecake for the win! Great day!

Enjoy your day off tomorrow! Hope the weather cooperates and you can get out for some great grub.

Great stuff today. It's funny that you guessed cereal for yrself yesterday and didn't even fulfil yr own prophecy, ha. But I guess when oatmeal calls, it calls.
I wonder when I will allow myself to afford a slice of vegan cheesecake. Once Christmas is freakin over, maybe.

I saw that the Sour Supreme was on sale, and I should have picked it up. I have some potatoes that would love to meet up with a dallop or two.

Forget pumpkin, the blueberry cheesecake looks divine!

Hooray for days off! Take the rest of the week too! :)

Oatmeal is so good in cold mornings! I always add a pinch of salt to my oats- makes a huge difference. Love the equidistant polka dots.
Dinner looks great- the smaller potatoes are perfect so one can get a better sour supreme to potato ratio. And they're cute. That cheesecake slice is amazing! Looks super creamy and smooth....
I made glogg for myself for "dessert" tonight....:)

Amazing food as always! That cheesecake looks incredible! I wish I could find some vegan cheesecake that wasn't raw and that I didn't have to make for those lazy days!

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, wish my current favs were a little more exciting, but it isn't to be. We risked our lives getting out for some grub. Some of it was good. Some not so good.

FF, I use the blog to try to force myself to do/eat things. Sometimes it works (sandwich) and sometimes it doesn't (cereal). Why can't you have any vegan cheesecake?

Ingrid, I try not to pay more than $2.25/Sour Supreme tub. I stock up when its on sale. Thanks for approving my time off. Mr. SV is off this week, so I took off today to eat out with him. The weather was so nasty though.

Unknown, I do the pinch of salt with the Oatmeal too only cuz the bag says to do so. I just searched the net for 'Glogg' and it sounds right up my alley!

VGG, I've seen those raw cheesecakes. They are too expensive for me to justify buying when I can buy non-raw for half the price.

Hannah, you saying you now understand why America is the super power of the world? Cuz we're so hilarious?

Abby Bean, I'm a fan of Streusel.

RVs, the weather was so treacherous, I'm just glad we got out and back in one piece.
