WTF Thursday

Yesterdays grub was so delicious, I couldn't help but repeat a few things today. Steel Cut Oats with TJ's Dried Cranberries for breakfast. Really hits the spot....
Tofurky Oven Roasted Sandwich for lunch. Tons of Vegenaisse is key...
Boca Burgers with TJ's Veggie Chili and Oven Fries for dinner...
A 'Yeast Raised Glazed Donut' $2 from The Randy Radish for dessert...
Lunch with Mom tomorrow.

Ooooh definitely lots of yummy stuff going on here! I agree, oatmeal always hits the spot. The sandwich looks great and hooray for oven fries! Those are always a favorite. Love the donut too. I FINALLY saw vegan donuts at my WFs last week but they were all gone already! Not fair :)

I agree about Vegenaise on a tofurky sandwich. They go together so well.

I could pretty much inhale that donut right now.

I can't believe that donut is only 2 dollars! I would probably pay 3? 3.50? There is an all-vegan donut shop in Brooklyn I keep telling myself I'll get to...but I'm afraid to sugar crash.
I made oatmeal for tomorrow's breakfast too, but a slightly different prep... You think you'll ever try overnight oats?

Do you add sugar or milk to your oats? I love the contrast of hot oats and the cold milk for those first few bites...
Looks like some mustard is creeping into the veganaise's territory on the sandwich.....
Your potatoes always looks so good! And the fork and knife with chili involved is very posh somehow. Dunno how else you would eat it though....
I want to see Randy make a vegan french cruller.

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, your WF's has vegan Donuts?! I hope they make it down here soon!

RVs, you've been missing out on a lot of Palomino & Riverwest Coop meals with Mike laid up. I'm sure you would inhale anything you didn't have to make yourself.

FF, I have heard of that all-vegan Donut shop. Just like the one in Portland, they don't do mail order. Mean! I don't think I'll ever do overnight Oats or Oats in a PB Jar, just like I'll never do Yoga or join Facebook. Getting old and crotchety.

Unknown, Milk & Brown Sugar on Oatmeal would be like from my childhood. I'd be regressing to do that. Yes, there was mustard on that Sandwich too. It was so good. I love and miss French Crullers. Probably will have to wait on Vegan Treats for those.

Hannah, that's what becomes of canned Chili that is not properly stirred up prior to serving.
