Sunday, November 17th

Breakfast at Le Pain Quotidien. 'Tofu Scrambler' $9.95. I forgot to ask for a side of Avocado and also forgot to bring back the empty jars from the Chia Puddings...
'Mixed Vegetables and Tofu' $8.95 from Loving Hut for lunch...
While waiting around the Farmer's Market yesterday for The Randy Radish to arrive, I bought some 'last of the season' Wax Beans. Enjoyed them roasted tonight with Hazelnut Cranberry Roast En Croute, Imagine Mushroom Gravy and leftover TJ's Teeny Tiny Taters...
A 'Hemp Seed Blondie' $2.95 from LPQ for dessert. Lots of richness packed into a small square...
Planning to WFH tomorrow, so perhaps there will be something new, but it's doubtful.

major fail on the breakfast avo, but at least you saved $3.95. I wonder if they would have gotten weirded out that you brought back the jars though.
Very nice job on picking that hemp seed blondie up. Is it raw? It looks cashew-fudgey.

What a great food day!! Did you ask them if you should bring back the jars even though you didn't have them? Delicious looking tofu scramble and you know I'm all about the mixed veggies and tofu you had for lunch.

I'm so intrigued by the hemp seed blondie! It looks fantastic! What else was in there?

LPQ had some nice veggie chunks in the scramble today! Have you ever tried their vegan quiche? Nice plate of veg and fu for lunch- love those baby bok choy. The beans and tiny taters with dinner look so good- what a great day of veggies!

Well, you completely ruined breakfast then, didn't you? I don't know why you even bothered eating the scramble.

Hey Now!!!!

FF, with the $3.95 I saved, I bought a Hemp Seed Blondie and a half to go. No they aren't raw. Nice thought though. I'm sure they would be weird about the jars being returned.

Sarah, it was a last minute decision to go to LPQ, so I forgot the jars and didn't ask about them. The Hemp Seed Blondie is just like a really thick Chocolate Chip Cookie. Very rich.

Unknown, I did the LPQ vegan Quiche when they first opened near us. I didn't think the portion was large enough to justify the price. Not sure what I'd think if I tried it again today. So many exciting things on their menu.

Hannah, I didn't even realize I'd forgotten the Avocado till I looked at my breakfast pic from last week. This learned me. I'll never forget again.
