Hummus and Red Pepper for lunch.
Chickpea and Chard Soup for dinner. I thought this was very good for how simple it was.
Raspberry Jam Swirl Crumbcake for dessert. Used Whole Wheat Flour instead of All-Purpose. Will definitely add Chocolate Chips next time.
A very tasty and positive food day. Haven't had one of these in quite a while.

Delicious indeed. Here's a question: what does breakfast look like for you? Not needing documentation and receipts for said meal, just wondering! ;) Hope the rest of your day was also positive!
Yay! Both you and your belly are happy! Crumb cake looks great... you should think about posting a recipe once you perfect it :D
Definitely sounds like a great food day! Nothing beats hummus and veggies for lunch. The soup looks delicious too! I agree about posting the crumb cake recipe! Yum.
Simple soups are always the best. None of that fancy stuff. I haven't ever tried chard but putting in soup sounds cool. Kinda like kale, I guess.
I third what Rachel and Sarah said about the crumb cake recipe. Post it! Unless you are against sharing.. :)
So glad it was a good day for you! The crumb cake looks a little dry, but it must not have been, or else we would have heard about it!
Hey Now!!!!
Ingrid, 99.9% of my breakfasts are a Banana & PB, which is why I never post them. Plus, it seems presumptuous to think anyone would care what I ate for breakfast.
Rachel, ha! I just should've followed the commenters on PPK. They had great tips on making the crumb cake even better.
VaVa, whatever happened to the Guac/Hummus hybrid you bought? Still waiting for feedback on that one.
Isotope, the perfected Crumb Cake Recipe will have to be pried out of my cold dead hands. Unless I finesse it whilst still living, then I'll gladly share.
Blessed Mama, yes, it's official: your recipes have statistically worked out better for me than IsaChandra Moscowitz's. Had the cake been 'moist' I would've definitely mentioned it. I blame subbing the WW flour for AP.
