Monday, September 5th

The 'Crispy Burger' with Fries $7.95 at Loving Hut for lunch.
Lunch was so massive, I just had room for a cup of leftover Chili for dinner.
I did pick up a luscious piece of cake at lunch, but decided to save it for another day. Tonight was all about copious quantities of Vodka (from the land of underground volcanoes).

Wow, the loving hut makes a nice burger! Every time you post it they look better and better! The fries too :) I have a feeling that chili is gonna go far too. Your cake willpower is incredible! I kind of want a glass of wine...maybe I'm inspired by your vodka consumption?

That chili looks delish! I don't think I would have the patience to put that much time into making it though. You've had some awesome eats over the last few days!!!

They need to get a Loving Hut around these parts!

That crispy burger reminds me of a fried hazelnut burger that a cafe in Milwaukee has. It's not healthy by any means, but so, so good.

P.S. Chili would be good to put on Mike's "to cook" list this week. ;)

Talking about chili inspiration, Mike's not the only one. I've got beans soaking now for chili tomorrow.

The Loving Hut nosh looks awesome.

I really wish I had the vegan dining out options that you do! I so lack creativity in the kitchen after 11 hours at a desk :(

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, I always wanted to be an inspiration for someone.

Michelle2, it was a pretty strange situation making the Chili. It's supposed to be one of those easy meals.

Molly, Mike looks like the type that would have his own special Chili recipe (probably tattooed somewhere on his body).

Rose, are you going to share your Bean soaking/ Chili prep with the rest of us????

FF, that's nice. Does Greg like Puppies and the Beatles as well?

GSGV, get thee to a Loving Hut!!! For shame on you!!!

Lacey, the four hours at work are supposed to be spent thinking about lunch. The rest of the day is spent thinking about dinner. It works for me.

FF, that's very nice. Tell Greg that Shen said she hopes that Aunt Flo gets to his house soon.
