Organic Plums for lunch...
Quicky Stroganoff for dinner (Macaroni Dumplings, TJ's Beefless Beef Strips, rehydrated Shitake Mushrooms, Sauteed Onions and a little Sour Supreme).
Mocha Almond Fudge for dessert.
Season premiere of SNL tonight (that's Saturday Night Live to those of you without televisions).

Always love the pup + plum combo :) That's a very impressive quick meal you put together...and can't go wrong with ice cream! I'm so glad you posted a puppy pic today bc I feel super yucky but that made me smile :)

Wow. It all looks so GOOD and NORMAL!!
I just downed 1/2 pound of greens and a buttload of bananas so I could down the blended greens!
Your food ROCKS and thanks for the heads up on SNL!

You ate all of those plums for lunch?

The stroganoff sounds good. Can't even see the sour supreme on them.

Thumbs up on the plums (I'll be using two in my smoothie in the morning). The stroganoff looks spectacular - I'm guessing it was? :)

I won't make it to SNL tonight, (in the other wedding today and I'm about to fall asleep as I type this). However, I am a fan of catching up on programs online. I'll be sure to check it out!

I'm impressed with your ability to eat only plums for lunch. Good job. I don't know why I never watch SNL. I usually end up just watching clips people post online.

Just got some plums yesterday and can't wait for them to ripen! I love that you're still using your models in the photos. :)

More doggie pictures please!! That fuzzy little snout is irresistible!

That dinner and dessert look like good ones to feed non vegans to tempt them over to the good side, looks like the type of food they don't expect us to eat

It's safe to assume that I'm familiar with TV shows that have been around since the 70's. ;)

I love the impromtu stroganoff; looks delish!

Hey NOw!!!!;-P

VaVa, I don't like to point fingers, but where I am, there are lots of unsupervised brats always grabbing handfuls off the WF's Salad Bar. Contagion City for $7.99/pound. Just sayin'.

Skinny *ss, that's cool that you're pounding the naners and greens. Also: TV rules! As does the Internet.

Isotope, it was my intention to eat all the plums, but I wound up only eating two. It was an emotionally negative day, peaking at around lunch time so I didn't have much appetite.

FF, agreed. Could've used way more Sour Supreme. I erred in even called this pasta dish "Stroganoff". Wishful thinking on my part.

Ingrid, Little Jack Horner
Sat in the corner,
Eating a Christmas pie;
He put in his thumb,
And pulled out a plum,
And said 'What a good boy am I!"
Kinda like those brats at the WFs Salad Bar.

Jenny, I don't want to be known as the blogger always encouraging folks to drink alcohol and stare at the tube. If you have better things to do, by all means, go for it.

Molly, alas, my models are completely uncooperative. Spoiled rotten. Basically, really full of themselves. How can it be plum season up there? Isn't it colder there? I'm so confused.

Nicola, maybe on a day when I feel compassion for my fellow man I might want to entice them to eat better by demonstrating mainstream grub as vegan. Today is not that day.

Rose, FWIW, I don't have a microwave. Or a toaster. Although, we do have a garage door opener.
