Saturday, September 10th

Lunch was at Wok Zone where I enjoyed two Spring Rolls $2.95...
and a massive portion of very spicy Kung Pao Tofu $7.50 with an icy cold Sapporo $3.95.
Mom's Place Lentil Soup for dinner...
WF's Apple Pie with a little Almond Dream Vanilla for dessert.
I dunno, what's there to say? It finally stopped raining and now it's hot & humid again. Have a nice night everyone!

So, I'm sitting here with a glass of wine, hungry and I'm not going to cook tonight; when I saw that tofu my stomach growled. I've got to source something similar soon.

The weather here is warm, not humid, and blissful. :P

That lunch looks amazing! As does the apple pie. Hope it cools off a little!

That does look like a huge plate of tofu! Sapporo's good stuff.

Tofu and apple pie... Oh my! :0). Looks like the perfect food day to me!

Wow that is one good food day. There is only one place in my city to eat vegan food...and that's only open 5 days and on an evening - so jealous you can go out for lunch!

Hey Now!!!

Jenny, that was a crappy post-ender. They say if you don't know what to talk about, talk about the weather and I just wanted to go to bed.

Rose, nothing to talk about either, eh?

Deb, it was a pretty good deal for $7.50. Got two meals out of it! $3.75 each.

VaVa, thanks! Is it summer? Is it fall? Or is it just sh*tty weather?

FF, Sapporo really is good stuff.

Stacy, who deletes a blog? Who does that?

Michelle2, it's my patriotic duty to eat an Apple Pie every year.

Cecil's Mom, I got the impression you lived in a very cosmopolitan area. I'll have to pay attention to other details besides the superstar that is Cecil.

The Wok Zone sounds and looks like Pei Wei. Even the tofu is similar! Looks delicious.

i am so happy that your titles seem so much easier for you now and you can just focus on the food porn, which is what your blog is about anyways!

and i like how you have the restaurants along the side bar! great idea :)

i'm trying to get back into blogging, i fell off for a bit
