Monday, September 12th

Lentil Dal Wrap...
...and Adobo Black Bean Chili from Whole Food's for lunch.
Gardein Beefless Burgers with Heirloom Tomato and Oven Fries for dinner.
The rest of the Eggless Egg Salad for dessert. Yes, I know it made me ill last time, but I hate wasting food and I seem to be okay this time.
Danish Vodka for less than $20...
I've actually been to Denmark (didn't get to see The Little Mermaid), and know it's a pretty cool place with relatively normal meteorological and geological conditions that I could determine.
My drink models were unusually cooperative tonight. Guess they don't mind posing with the cheap stuff.

OMG I can't deal with the cuteness of the pups! I'm jealous, I've always wanted to go to Scandinavia and travel around. How are the gardein burgers? I've only ever tried the chick'n products and the BBQ skewers. It's all gluteny though which is sad for me. Everything looks delicious as usual!

From what I recall, it's just a little statue in the middle of the water. Then again, I was five years old when I saw it. (I have family in Sweden - wait, what? You mean my name is Ingrid and I'm Swedish?!)

The canines are quite adorable, I must agree.

Was the eggless egg salad for dessert? ;)

Denmark, that's awesome! What did you do there??
The lentil wrap looks really great. Hope you wake up in the morning.

Haha, re: your response in yesterday's post... you sound like Vicki Pollard from Little Britain...have you ever seen that show? Great stuff.

So, your drink models do well sporting the Danish vodka...glad to see you're still working on your comparative study of world vodkas.

That wrap looks insanely munchable; love the close up. And I love that the tomatoes are bigger than the burgers...lots of pickles too, just like I like it.

Are the gardein beefless burgers any good? I'm really in love with the flame grilled boca ones if I buy them (i haven't in ages though)...but gardein makes pretty good products!

Uh-oh, I hope you were okay today with the eggless egg! Unless you wanted a day off work...

I think your pups are fixated on something. Were you bribing them to be good models?

I love the color in the tomato slices.

How was the wrap? It looks good!

Love the models, as always. :)

Hey Now!!!

VaVa, you're better off being gluten-free. So what how the burgers tasted!

Ingrid, you're so lucky you got to see the statue. I was instructed to take a bus to see it, but wimped out. I don't even know how to ride a bus in my own country.

FF, I did wake up, thanks! In Denmark, I basically just asked people how to get to The Little Mermaid.

Rose, no I've never seen Little Britain. I've heard good things about it.

Lacey, don't tell VaVa, but the Gardein Burgers are excellent.

Morgan, thanks! Good luck with your move!

Cecil's Mom, yes, the canine modeling business is quite popular worldwide.

Jessica, funny enough, I thought none of the pup pics turned out. Not sure why they were looking up at that moment. Still not sick from the Eggless Egg Salad. Life is unpredictable.

Molly, that heirloom Tomato was incredible. So delicious!
