Friday, September 23rd

Lunch was a Veggie Burger & Fries at The Parkway Deli. No pic. I was dying of thirst after this meal, so when I got home I cracked open a bottle of Rob's Really Good Chocolate Tea. Made by the same guy that created Pirate's Booty. It was...wait for it...really good! Future Bill Gates this Rob guy is.
Field Roast Celebration Roast with Imagine Mushroom Gravy and Roasted Butternut Squash for dinner.
A Blueberry Almond Nicobella Truffle for dessert. Got these off Vegan Cuts, as I'm sure many others did.
No exuberant life-affirming links for you guys to watch tonight. You can all keep your noses in your books like the highly evolved intellectuals you are.

The tea sounds really interesting, I definitely want to check that out. I'm REALLY interested in that truffle though, blueberry almond?! That sounds AMAZING.
And I love that you happened to get the pumpkin chai flavor on the box in the shot. That one sounds really good too! I'm gonna have to check out that website for sure!

Thank goodness, I've got some Italo Svevo on the book pile next. I can't be distracted by dancing.

The tea sounds really...weird. Watery chocolate? Hmm. The truffle on the other hand is exactly what I'd like to see when I hear chocolate. I'm also curious about the blueberry taste!

Chocolate tea...hmm, if you say it's good, I trust you. I'll keep my eyes open for it; I'd like to try some.

I like how you made mash from the butternut, great idea!

No picture? How can I go on?! I think you've got most of our attention with that chocolate tea! I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for that.

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, based on the one Nicobella Truffle I had, your Half-Baked ones are a million times better.

FF, yes, the tea was just like 'watery chocolate'. You say that like it's a bad thing. The truffle taste would best be described as 'extremely fruity'. Go read your Italo Svevo, leave the dancing distraction to us rabble.

Rose, 'mash' is what happens when food falls apart enroute from pan to plate. Can't take too much credit.

Alessandra, I'm here to tell you: you can continue to live your life to the fullest without ever experiencing Chocolate Tea.

Blessed Mama, I've recently discovered that no one seems to care when I neglect to photograph my meals. This discovery was a bit of a surprise to me to say the least.
